We have a close working relationshp with Internatinal Roller Company who have been providig our Shinohara/Fuji press customers with high quality inking and dampening rollers. On an exchange basis we also supply certain ebonite inking rollers. Inking and dampening roller cores are supplied at cost. This makes it more attractive for you to order cores and rubber covering and not fool with your old cores, which often have damaged ends and are out of round.To repair these ends cost almost as much as new cores. Ofcourse you have the option to ship your cores to us and we will be happy to cover these for you. Inking rollers are covered with top quality "man made" Buna Nitrile compounds and dampening rollers with Nitrile/PVC compounds. The Shinohara factory has been known for changing roller specifications often. The specifications in your manual may not match the specifications of the rollers in your press. Therefore, together we have to carefully agree on the correct specifications. We supply chrome water pan rollers on an exchange basis. If we don't have the rollers for your press model in stock, we can have one made subject the detailed specificatios are available. Our chrome rollers are turned down to a smaller diameter, which is followed by depositing layers of copper and chrome. Subsequently the chrome is ground and mirror polished to the final correct diameter. Rubber rollers and cores can usually be shipped within two weeks from the date of your order.
