We have been supplying rollers for Shinohara presses for many years. Our Shinohara factory trained technicians prefer these rollers and like the fact that these can be shipped often from stock.
Every individual roller is inspected before shipment. The inking and dampening systems for Komori/Shinohara/Sakurai are very similar and over the years our supplier has developed Komori/Shinohara/Sakurai durometer specific rollers to GATF standard. For instance the inking ductor roller is harder while the inking form rollers are a little softer than factory specifications. The dampening rollers rubber pick up water better and are more resilient.
The components of each Shinohara roller are made in large quantities in advance so that shipment can be made very quickly and hold costs down. By getting all new rollers you don't have to worry that the roller ends need repair and no more having to deal with the logistics of preparing for pick up and shipping used rollers. Your new rollers would arrive at your plant in a few days.
Each roller is packed in its own individual carton.
Also there may no longer be any need for you to stock spare rollers.
